Tyler Pickett

Tyler Pickett. Making sure his body was in tip top shape by eating nutritious foods and working out daily is the standard. Post-college Tyler dove deeper and learned that along with working out consistently, knowing the mechanics of the body and just how the body works and feeding your mind with positivity are key to staying injury free. Being in the exercise field has given him not only the confidence to help others, but also the motivation to continue to push and achieve his goals. He is CF-L1 and Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer certified.
