Some of the greatest Paralympians and Olympians in the world have used yoga to sharpen their mind and their bodies. If you are often injured, yoga should be a no-brainer. If you do a lot of strength or cardio, you should balance it out with yoga. Your fitness goals and fitness journey will be better off for it. If you are serious about fitness, yoga is a powerful weapon to use in that fitness lifestyle.
