What is your training style?

It varies but typically hard cardio then I focus on a push, pull or leg workout or some days it is spinning and 5 rounds on the heavy bags. I guarantee it always includes getting sweaty!

What's one piece of advice for someone looking to reach fitness goals?

Find something you enjoy doing!
